Our Mission

We Are Pioneering the Next Era of Health.

Somatic Reboot is redefining how we understand the human body by bringing together fascia, the nervous system, adaptive systems science, and meaningful behavior change into one practical methodology. Our mission is simple: help people better understand their bodies so they can create lasting change through daily practice, not just occasional care.

Our Story

Why We Created Somatic Reboot

We didn’t set out to build another wellness program, healthcare practice, or educational company. Somatic Reboot began with a simple observation. After decades of working with thousands of people, we kept seeing the same pattern: people often felt better during an appointment, only to find themselves slipping back into the same pain, tension, stress, or fatigue days later.

The question wasn’t whether care was effective. The question was why lasting change remained so difficult.

As we explored that question through the lenses of physical therapy, fascia science, movement, behavior change, health coaching, and lived experience, we kept arriving at the same conclusion. The body changes most effectively when it has the capacity to regulate. When regulation improves, healthier movement, better recovery, and more resilient patterns become possible.

That realization became the foundation of Somatic Reboot, a methodology designed to help people understand their bodies, participate in their own health, and create lasting change that continues long after an appointment ends.

Meet the Founders

Two Disciplines. One Shared Mission.

Although our professional paths were different, our purpose was the same.

We believed people deserved more than temporary relief. They deserved to understand their bodies, participate in their own health, and develop practices that create lasting change between appointments.

Together, we combined fascia science, nervous system regulation, adaptive systems thinking, meaningful behavior change, and practical self-care into one integrated methodology.

Today, that methodology is known as Somatic Reboot.

For more than three decades, Mark has worked alongside people living with pain, injury, and chronic conditions. Early in his career, success often meant helping someone feel better during an appointment. Over time, however, a deeper question emerged.

Why did some people continue improving while others returned with the same patterns again and again?

That question led beyond muscles and joints into fascia, neuroscience, adaptive systems science, and behavior change. It ultimately shaped the philosophy behind Somatic Reboot: lasting outcomes aren’t created by treatment alone; they’re built through understanding, participation, and what happens between appointments.

Nikki’s journey began long before Somatic Reboot.

As a young athlete, she experienced chronic pain, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and a growing list of symptoms that traditional approaches struggled to explain. Rather than accepting that this was simply how life would be, she began searching for answers.

That search became a lifelong practice.

Over the past twenty-five years, Nikki has immersed herself in fascia, movement, nervous system regulation, nutrition, recovery, and behavior change; not only as a practitioner, but as someone who has lived the transformation herself.

Today, she helps others discover what she discovered: when you understand your body and practice caring for it consistently, remarkable change becomes possible.
